Ken-Net software does reviews of various music software utilities and applications for mobile phones. We are also due to have some of our own software created later. Currently we are working on creating software reviews for users of mobile phones, laptops and music players.

Listener
Is best for playing music rather than finding new tracks. Listener provides an intuitive way of playing tracks already on your iOS device. The app only uses gesture-based commands, meaning you only need to swipe and tap to control media playback. Read more on Listener

Shazam is a service to detect the names of songs and shows. It also provides ways of purchasing them and the lyrics and can direct to be streamed via Spotify. Read more
Amazon Cloud Player

Google Play Music
Google Play Music gives you access to your online music collection. The app has an impressive easy to use interface that lets you get to playlists and custom radio stations. The app even gives you recommendations based on what you listen to. More about Google Play Music

Songza is a mood setting app that allows you to choose the music based on your activity whether it is working out, cooking, driving and even time of day! More..
Rdio
Rdio boasts a very large collection of music featuring over 20 million tracks ranging from latest releases to old classics. You can even create and edit playlists with your friends. Read about Rdio

Vevo has created its own music streaming service that has a good selection of HD music videos in the app. You can create playlists and stream live music performances by the best artists. Read full review

iTunes combined with iTunes Store
Possibly the most known interfacing software with the iPhones, iPads and iPods is iTunes. It has a wide range of features including creation of playlists, uploading the media to your device, creating backups and many more. Recent versions of iTunes let you play the music directly of your device, however be warned not to sync if you are on a new computer as that will erase everything that is on your device at the moment. Music Rescue formerly PodUtil
Music rescue is no longer in development. Music recue was an excellent utility to recover playlists when your main computer with the music no longer works. With a few extra features it makes for a great utility. Read more about Music Rescue
